This set contains two coins, one stamp, and one banknote issued by the Third Reich during the Second World War. While Hitler refused to allow his portrait on German money, he did permit his likeness to appear on stamps. The 1 and 10 Reichspfennig coins are minted in zinc. The obverse is the eagle above swastika; on the reverse is the denomination above oak leaves. The stamp was made for use in occupied territories. The banknote, a uniface one Reichsmark auxiliary payment certificate for the German Armed Forces that circulated in occupied territories, also features the eagle above swastika.
