Track Your Order

Want to check where your order is, You can track it in seconds once your order is fulfilled and a carrier tracking number is added.

If you created an account at checkout, the easiest method is to log in and view your order details, If you checked out as a guest, use the order status link in your confirmation or shipping email.

Option 1. Track from your account

  1. Log in to your customer account

  2. Open your most recent order

  3. Look for Tracking number or Track shipment

  4. Click the link to view the latest carrier updates

Option 2. Track from your email or text message

  1. Open your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email

  2. Tap the link that says View your order or Track your shipment

  3. Your order status page will show the tracking number and shipping progress once available Shopify Help Center+1

If you do not see a tracking number yet

A tracking number appears after your order is fulfilled and the shipment is created in our system Shopify Help Center

Common reasons you may not see tracking yet
• Your order is still being processed
• A label was created but the carrier has not scanned it yet
• Your order ships in multiple packages, each package can have its own tracking Shopify Help Center

Delivery help

If you need help, contact us and include
• Your full name
• Order number
• The email used at checkout
